ADMISSION
Admission Policies:
The Divyan Public School, Bhota is opening admission for the classes Nursery onwards (provided the seats are available). Registration is mandatory prior to the date laid down each year by the school. The deadline is usually in March for admission into the School. There is a fee that must be paid on registration and this is non-refundable.
- Age Eligibility (as on 1st April): Nursery – 2.5 to 3.5 years, LKG – 3.5 to 4.5 years, UKG – 4.5 to 5.5 years, and so on for other classes.
- For admission to Grade I–V, students must present the report card of the previous class.
- All examinations are based on the H.P.B.S.E. Dharamshala syllabus, so that there is no need for pupils to make extra preparation.
Registration:
- Three photographs of the student (one attached to the application form), one photograph each of mother and father, and one photograph of guardian.
- If parents are living abroad, an attested copy of the student’s birth certificate clearly specifying date of birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or other competent authority).
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable) from the previous school and report card/mark sheet from the previous school.
- Completed application form must be submitted at the school office within one week of issuance.
- Parents and students may be invited for an interaction with the school management during the admission process. Dates will be notified.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
Attested copy of the student’s birth certificate clearly specifying the date of birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or other competent authority). The date of birth must match the school records.
Transfer Certificate (if applicable) from the previous school.
Progress report / mark sheet from the previous school.
Blood group report.
Five passport-sized photographs of the student.
One photograph of the student with both mother and father.
One photograph of the student with guardian.
Parents and students may be invited for an interaction with the School Principal during the admission process. Dates will be notified accordingly.
Hence, we work together with parents from the very beginning. While English is the medium of instruction, students also learn a third language in middle school.
